Slant bed lathe

Full function CNC lathe is a high-speed precision CNC machining equipment produced by introducing Japanese technology. Main structural features:
1. The base and bed platform adopt a box shaped structure and are cast using integrated molding casting technology. They are completed by a five sided machining center in one clamping process, with good precision retention.
2. Adopting a high rigidity 45 inclined back bed platform. The sliding surface of the skateboard adopts plastic veneer technology to optimize the dynamic and static characteristics of the feed system, such as rigidity and frictional resistance. Equipped with a separate water tank to prevent leakage and facilitate maintenance.
Adopting a hydraulic tool holder, the tool holder can be interchanged at various positions on the cutter head. It can rotate left and right to easily change the tool nearby, with fast tool changing speed and stable and reliable movement.
3. The high rigidity spindle structure and gearless spindle box greatly reduce noise and vibration.
4. Equipped with hydraulic chuck and high-speed oil cylinder, and equipped with foot pedal switch, the workpiece clamping is convenient, safe and reliable.
5. The X and Z axis feed transmission adopts large-diameter and high-precision ball screws, which are preloaded and pulled. Both ends are equipped with high-precision angular ball bearings specifically designed for ball screws to ensure motion and position accuracy.
