Vertical machining center

The vertical machining center adopts a vertical frame layout, with the columns fixed on the bed. The spindle box moves up and down along the columns (Z direction), the slide moves longitudinally along the bed (Y direction), and the worktable moves laterally along the slide (X direction).

The machine tool adopts a large-span design, which not only increases structural rigidity but also improves accuracy retention, making the machine tool have high anti vibration and vibration reduction performance.

It can achieve processes such as milling, drilling, reaming, boring, reaming, tapping, etc. It is mainly used in mechanical processing industries such as military, mining, automotive, mold, and instrumentation. It can be used to process various high-precision, multi process, and complex shaped parts. Suitable for production of small and medium-sized batches, multiple varieties, and can also enter automatic assembly line production.
