Cylindrical grinder

This series of machine tools is a two axis linkage CNC cylindrical grinder, using SIMENS, FANUC or other CNC systems. The movement of the workbench and grinding wheel holder is driven by AC servo motors on the Z-axis and X-axis, respectively, to complete the ball screw.

X. Z-axis linkage achieves linear and circular interpolation, completing the grinding of inclined surfaces and circular arcs. Through reasonable programming, this machine tool can complete the grinding of cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, shaft shoulders, and other single-sided or combined surfaces of various small and medium-sized parts. It is possible to perform grinding wheel shaping and finishing to achieve shaping grinding. This product is not only suitable for grinding the outer cylindrical surface of traditional industries such as automobiles, motorcycles, compressors, automotive transmissions, oil pumps and nozzles, valve cores and stems, but also for grinding the outer cylindrical surface of emerging industries such as rubber rollers for 3D printing, ceramics, semiconductors, etc.
