Handwheel malfunction may be caused by the following reasons:
Poor contact of the handwheel shaft selection switch or handwheel magnification selection switch.
Hand wheel pulse causes damage to the disc.
The breakage of the handwheel connecting wire.
For these reasons, the following measures can be taken for diagnosis and maintenance:
Enter the system diagnosis and observe the contact condition of the axis selection switch or magnification switch to ensure that the connecting wires are intact. If any damage is found, replace the switch in a timely manner.
Remove the handwheel pulse disk and measure whether its power supply and resistance are normal. If damage is found, it should be replaced immediately.
In system diagnosis, observe the continuity between each switch contact and the system terminals. If the connecting wire is found to be broken, it should be replaced immediately.
