The rail oil pump and cutting oil pump may have the following faults:
The oil level of the guide rail oil pump is insufficient.
The oil pressure valve of the guide rail oil pump is damaged.
The oil circuit of the machine tool is damaged.
The filter screen of the guide rail oil pump core is blocked.
Use guide rail oil with excessive quality.
The oil injection time of the guide rail oil pump is set incorrectly.
Overloading of the cutting oil pump caused the circuit breaker in the electrical box to trip.
The cutting oil pump joint is leaking air.
The one-way valve of the cutting oil pump is damaged.
Short circuit or incorrect direction of cutting oil pump motor coil.
The following measures can be taken to repair these faults:
Inject sufficient guide rail oil.
Detect and replace damaged oil pressure valves.
Check whether the oil circuits of each axis of the machine tool are unobstructed, and whether there are any broken or damaged oil drains. If damage is found, it should be replaced promptly.
Clean the filter screen of the oil pump to ensure it is unobstructed.
Replace the qualified guide rail oil that meets the requirements of the oil pump to ensure its normal operation.
Reset the correct oiling time to ensure proper lubrication of the machine tool.
After checking whether the guide rail oil pump is intact, reset the short circuit again to restore the normal operation of the machine tool.
Find and repair the joint at the leak location, and reconnect it to solve the leak problem.
Check whether the one-way valve is blocked or damaged. If any damage is found, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
Check the coil of the cutting oil pump motor. If a fault is found, replace the cutting oil pump motor.
Correct the direction of the cutting oil pump motor to ensure its normal operation.
